Inspected, found as follows, a wall heater that was plugged and burned wall studs, rafters, sheetrock, roof sheating, shingles, also there is water damage in the ceiling thru out the interior. Also found that there is a water heater that was installed and is causing a safety hazard to the owners and tenants,also found electrical issues with the installation of the washer and dryer. |
