At site, spoke to manager, Chris. Builing on the west side of Carapin Ave, the water supply has been replaced the entire length of the building. Found PEX tubing improperly installed. Manager said the contractor was supposed to cover tubing with sand. Found no sand on site. Manager said that the contractor was finished laying the water line and was to return to tamp ground. F/U 30 days. |
