Visited site, met TPD on site, inspected, found a garage that was converted into liveable habitable space. A vehicle had collided into garage building and damaged the interior/ exterior wall and had no electrical or plumbing damage. Talked to tenants and explained that would not condemn the unit and that a permit would be required to repair the damage to the building. They stated that they rent there and that the owner lives close by. Upon inspection found that the garage has a bathroom and tenants were using an portable electrical heater, took pictures, will research for conversion. |
