Visited site, met TPD on site, inspected, found as follows a vehicle penetrated front wall of residence. No elecrical damage, no plumbing damage, explained to owner about the pending notice of violation, time lines, extension, reinspection fees and citaiton process. Also asked if he would like to board up unit or have the board up company secure unit. Explained that it needed to be accomlished before I was done with the property. Owner stated that he wanted it boarded. Called boarding company and had them secure unit. Will write notice of violation |
