At site, spoke to owner. Explained the issues of storage under the carport and no more than 25% of the lot. The owner is still trying to sell the trailer. There is no one living in trailer. Grand daughter moved in last month from Chicago and his daughter is coming in from Oklahoma next week. Explained that he could get a storage shed with a permit or site plan check. Discussed other options of renting a storage space. F/U 30 days. |
