I received a call from a neighbor to the shopping center on 10-26-12 stating that Auerbach had again picked up the recycle container at Pier One Imports prior to 09:00. I called her back and explained I would open a case and record the date of the most current infraction. If the early pick up occurs again in the next few weeks to months I will issue and NOV to Pier One corporate. |
