Inspection showed no new construction; review of aerials 1998-2012 show an added attached awning built after 1998 without permits. Hardware store is closed and vacant. Buildings in the rear are used for storage, no active businesses at this time. I spoke to property maintenance manager Dan and advised of need for permit on awning as well of need for compliance review for any new businesses at location, for possible C of O. |
