Met with the tenant and the management and they are scheduled to do the repairs starting today and finishing tomorrow. They have the ceramic tile falling off on the tub and shower surround. The drywall has been wet and will need to be replaced in areas. The manger stated with maintenance that they are waiting for the tenants to leave the unit to do the work. Will check in on Monday on the repairs if completed. RV. |
