Fence along the west side of the property is shopping center maintained and is not in disrepair. Fencing along the south portion of the property is not required per shopping center site plan. Also not a city maintained fence. Graffiti and trash in the wash area. No homeless camp found. Wash issues to be referred to Streets and traffic maintenance. |
