Went to the site and the mother and the sister of the tenant was there. Was able to check the violation. Found none working outlets in the living room, cooler not working properly and leaking water from the roof, plumbing is backing up through the shower and bathtub drains, the shower valve is leaking in the hall bathroom, exhaust fan in the hall bathroom in not working and has no windows, the sink in the bathroom in the added room drains slow, missing smoke detectors or not working in all the bedrooms and hallways, and hose bibb leaking in the rear yard. Has a management collectin the rent and not able to find the phone number. Will go to the location to meet with the management to go over the issues on the property. RV. |
