At site, spoke to tenant. Units 101, 171 and 179 all leak water into the structure through the roof. Water stains on ceiling tiles and water residue on the concete. Water residue inside lighting fixtures defuser. Unit 171 has water leak at toilet shut off valve and inside toilet tank. Found water stains on walls and carpet. Mold issues on drywall and carpet. Found paint peeling off the wall from water. Unit # 179, water residue stains around cooler vent duct inside the unit. Unit #101, the South and West side of the structure, around the bottom has deteriorated to the point where daylight shines into the building. |
