She stated she had rented to Jesus Romero, Maria also stated that the previous inspector stated that she could rent unit out. | 11/14/2012 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Recieved a call from the tenant, stated that the owner had hired some one to install a electric furnance and that have had circuits shorting out, i explained to her that I would be there in a few minutes to inspected, inspected unit, and found a electric furnance intalled and found a gang box that had wiring shorting out, called ower and explained to her that a permit was required to install a furnance, she stated to me that he installed it and gave me the number , called installer and had him go over unit, and explained to him the dangers that have been presented due to the installation, he called ower aand stated to him that just to remove the furnace and was not going to repair the electrical and was going to remove tenants, I then called supervision and expalined status of the electrical hazards and that I had condemned the unit and tenants had no where to go, was approved and then contacted CSR Joy to have tenants placed, was approved and placed, unit will stay condemned till unit is abated | |
