| 10/18/2012 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Visited site, met tenant, inspected unit, found as follows, water was turned off due to bad plumbing system, water leaking at main connection, pluimbing is leaking in several places, kitchen faucet, bahroom lavortory faucet, no heater in unit at all,, electrical sub panel in unit has no marking what breaker is supplyied to, evaportive cooler leaking in secveral places and ceiling is deterriorated and needs repair,, also abs plumbing is dissconnected in several places, called home owner and explained to her that the repairs needed to be made immediately, she then turned to tenant and stated that she needed to leave the trailer immediately, i explained to owner that there is no retaliation and that the inspection was made and that if she did not make repairs to unit that she would have to place tenant in other ubnit till repairs are made, taken pictures and will write notice of violation and meet owner back at unit |
