Fire call. Exterior light was laying on the roof, not mounted. The light burnt a hole into the roofing material. No permits required to repair damage. A follow up inspection is required to check the conduit, a junction box and other loose lighting brackets. Isolated circuit at panel box with maintenance guy, Jason, who also signed the NOV.
