Inspection found tow truck parked in the front yard that is being used to repo vehicles in the hours of darkness. There was three vehicles parked on the property during my inspection; this was told to me by the renter of the property and he stated he brings them here at night to keep from having to hull them accross town. I expl;ained to him that under the land use code that he could not store any vehicles that he did not owne and that the tow truck could not be parked or stored on on the property. The tow truck and all three vehicles were removed while I was there. I will talk to the owner and explain to him what I stated to his renter. Will check back early in the morning when I can. |
