Arrived and found that the tenants just moved in and are having issues on the electrical outlets sparking when used, no smoke detectors in the bedrooms and common area where separated, new water heater has been installed and the vent is not passed the roof line, no cold water shut off, the gas sediment is lacking and have no access to the gas valve, windows and doors have been screwed shut, lacking steps to the rear door, the faucet is leaking at the kitchen sink, no gas meter has been installed for the lot and connected direct, and the range hood not working. Did N.O.V. on site and the manager signed all the paper work and the tenants have been takened to a motel until the repairs have been completed. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
