I went by for a follow up and found the rear yard gate open so I entered the rear yard to find the pool unsecured and the house open with multiple broken windows. I entered the house to check for any occupants and found none. Upon return to the office I found contact information for the Trusee and made contact which ultimately lead me to Flagstar Bank. I spoke with a Jeanette from Flagstar today and explained the situation. She indicated that she would send a contractor to secure the house and the yard. Ill follow up at the end of next week to insure the immediated needs were addressed. |
