The invoice reflects what Mr. Shaffer explained to was his scope of work, and it appears that the additional receptacle is minor enough work that we can waive the permit requirement. I believe in this case it is more important that you got Sakura to hire a professional, licensed contractor to clean up their house-keeping hazards than it is for PDSD to obtain a permit for this relatively minor work.
I'm going to waive the electrical permit as these are minor modifications to existing circuits with no new continuous loads. If you believe I'm missing something that could be hazardous then please let me know. LeeRay City of Tucson Planning & evelopment Services
