Small volunteer mesquite tree growing by the sidewalk and a few patches of grass, neither wof which are causing any kind of obstruction and the grass appeared to have been sprayed recently with a systemic herbacide. I called the PO and she confirmed the grass had been sprayed and stated she would send someone out to address tree. No NOV at this time. I will F/U in one week to confirm abatement. |
