I was unable to identify any fencing which was "fallen" between the addressess 1820 and 1830 S. Sunburst. There were several properties on Sunburst with wooden fences that are old and worn however none fallen and none rising to the level of code violation.
In the event there had been a fence fallen between in the area describbed by the complainant, it would have been a civil matter between the HOA and the owner of the fence and outside of the jurisdiction of code enforcement.
