12/18/2012 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Met owner and the attorney and property manager for the property on the property. We discussed the lot split that was done in 2004, I explained to them that we received a complaint about the split and the sewer that apparently was disconnected and then reconnected with out a permit. This was established when the property manager stated that they had connected the sewer with out permits. I then explained to them that the lot split and the sewer was connected with out first securing permits and that the split was illeagal due to not being established with the submission of the a lot split compliance thru the Planning and Development Services. Gave a copy of the Notice of Violation to the owner and had him sign my copy for the records. |
