Did find a masonry wall at 5849 S. 6th Ave. and it has been painted with no graffiti seen on the wall. The wall has been at this location for a long period of time and the person complaining will have to address that issue on it's own or have the owner of the property do a survey of the property showing that it's OK. If the neighbors are disputing the wall, that will be a civil matter and someone would have to have proof of the wall being in the right of way or find the pins showing the property lines. At this time the case will be closed. No Verify, Close Case. RV. |
