While checking for another inspection, found water backets by the front door and the kitchen sink. Tenant having trouble getting the water on due to owes money at another location. Tenant was asked to vacate the property due to lacking water. Owner called to the property to let her know that no water has been turned on to the unit. Went over the posting that will be placed on the window and the owner signed all the paperwork. Tenant was calling to stay somewhere else until the water is turned back on. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
