Dilapidated fence between this unit and the unit to south (different parcel). Both parcels are multi unit complexes and have shared fencing in this area. 2822 has a pool, so the fencing does not comply with required code. The entire fencing length is not dilapidated to 50%. Pool water is murky, with dark spots on walls. Accumulation of vegetation well over 6" is present in the rear yard/pool area. Owner will be contacted and a NOV sent. |
