Meet with owner at the property, found 3 vehicles that were inoperable on city streets due to the Lic were expired, they were moved to the back yard while I was there. In speaking with the owner he has a job working on cars but all the vehicles in his back ayrd below to him and he can provide papers to prove it. I told him he could not work on other people cars, he could work on a friends car but he could not do on a reg bases. He stat4ed he want to work with in the code and the laws of the City of Tucson. I explained that he has a very big lot and that he has room for the vehilces he has now, but needs to watch that he doesn't go over the 25% rule for storage. This case is closed. |
