Visited site, talked to workers, they called owner of contracting company, talked to owner and explained to him that he needed to secure permits prior to all work being done, stated that it was not his responseablity and that it was the owners, i then explained to him that it was his responeablity and that I put a sto[p work order in until the permit was secured, also noticed that thecarport was enclosed, took pictures |
