The side and rear yards are surrounded by a 5' masonry wall, most likely a common wall installd at the time of development. There was storage in the rear/side yard however it did not exceed the 25% rule and it was insode the walled area. I did see a pool on the May, 2012 aerial photograph however I could not see a pool due to vegetation between my vantage point and the pool. Therefore I cannot verify the clarity or approximate chemical balance of the water. I'll leave the case open for 30 days. If complainant calls for status please put them in contact with the Inspector. |
