Found vehicle had hit power pole behind the property which in turn ripped the electrical riser down to the ground and pulled the main panel off the wall. TEP disconnected power at the pole. Photos in SIRE. Manager was given Notice of Violation to obtain permits and inspections for the repairs necessary. The business was closed. Schedule follow up inspection for 30 days. |
