No violations at time of inspection; met tenant Ms. Jimenez at unit; she pointed out two areas that she thought were damaged due to leaks. Both areas were dry, small, weren't discolored, and did not appear to be from leakage. One area was towards east side where center joist meets the east wall; these units were remodeled recently and brought up to date and is area where required water sprinkers were added; area of concern was caulking, not due to damage. Other area on living room water was a small area where paint peeled from original brick wall. Photos in Sire for reference. |
