Living Word Harvest Goodfellas Ministries are tenants. Highly dilapidated black passenger vehicle in open area behind building, clearly visible. Could not find an installed AC at time of inspection; tenant Julian Mendez (pastor) stated they had not installed an AC or other unit. Unpermitted attached structure to rear of building recently built; appears to be used as outdoor shower; hose coming out of window with shower nozzle on end. Accumulation of refuse and scattered debris, including trash can with a large amount of flies, also in the rear area. |
