Received call from tenant. Said the A/C was working and then stopped. Went to unit with maintenance guy, Fred. Temperture reading at vents were 65 Degrees, temperture setting at 75 degrees and temperture in the room was 78 degrees. Told tenant to call back if the room temperture goes up. |
