10/08/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner on site and the property is still being cleaned up. The owner is still having trouble keeping the tenant out of the house. The items of the tenant are still inside the house and was asking what he can do with the property of the tenant. Was advised to talk to or call an attorney due to went over keeping the items for 30 days which will past tomorrow. The owner will call and check with the prosecutor or call an attorney for advise. Will check in 30 days. RV.
09/06/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did the N.O.V. and met with the owner at the site with the son. The locks were being changed and did the posting on the property of "Do Not Enter". The property was checked if the tenant was inside and no one home. The owner will address the issues and went over the violation on the phone will he called yesterday. Will check in 30 days. RV.
