Received a call from Joesph that the property has no water. Arrived and no one home. Did find where the water meter has been removed and locked off. Has 2-notices for tampering with the meter. I did call the owner and left a message. Called the name listed for the tenant for the property and left a message. Power is on and knocked several times with no answer. Will try to find the owner at a different address. RV. |
