LAST CONVERSATION W/THE OWNER MOTHER STATED SHE DIDN'T EVER GET THE NOV. CK RETURNED MAIL FOR ANY RETURN NOV'S. NONE CAME BACK. RESEND NOV CERTIFIED AND CHARGE $75.00
10/30/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved CAME BACK TO HOUSE FOUND HOUSE OPEN AGAIN... THE GARAGE DOOR IS OPEN AND THE SIDE DOOR IS OPEN. INSIDE TO HOUSE GARAGE DOOR TO HOUSE IS OPEN. CALLED OUT TO SEE IF ANYBODY WAS INSIDE. NO ANSWER. CALLED PERSON ON WATER BILL. GIRL CALLED BACK AND STATED HER RENTERS WERE LIVING IN THE HSE. ASKED WHO HER RENTERS WERE. STATED THE RENTERS WERE AKA THE LISTED OWNERS OF THE HSE ON THE ASSESSOR SITE. QUESTIONED HER STORY AND GIRL BECAME IRATE ABOUT THE STORY AND MY QUESTIONS. ADVISED GIRL THAT THE HOUSE NEEDS TO BE SECURED AND SHE SHOULD NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE WIDE OPEN. GIRL STATED HSE WAS LOCKED UP. BUT LATER STATED SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE KEYS TO THE HOUSE AND LEFT THE HOUSE OPEN SO SHE COULD GET BACK INSIDE THE HSE. STATED SHE LIVED THERE, THEN LATER STATED SHE DIDN'T LIVE THERE AND WAS ONLY STORING HER STUFF THERE. AFTER THE PHONE I CONTACTED THE LISTED OWNER AND SPOKE W/ THE OWNER. OWNER IS THE MOTHER OF THE DAUGHTER. HSE IS IN FORCLOSURE BUT, STILL IN THERE NAME. OWNER DOESN'T WANT TO PUT ANY MONEY INTO THE PROPERTY SINCE SHE IS LOOSING THE HOUSE. DAUGHTER IS TO MOVE OUT 10/31/11. ADVISED OWNER THAT THE WATER BILL NEEDS TO BE PAID AND SUGGESTED SHE CALL THE WATER DEPT ASAP. ALSO ADVISED OWNER THAT THE HSE NEEDS TO BE SECURED AND LOCKED UP AT ALL TIMES. OWNER AGREED TO MAKE SURE THE HOUSE IS SECURED AND THAT THE DAUGHTER WOULD BE MOVED OUT BY 10/31/11.
10/29/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved CAME TO HOUSE, FOUND THE HOUSE OPEN AND VACANT. TWO LOCK BOXES PLACED ON THE FRONT DOOR BOTH LOCK BOXES APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO, FRONT DOOR IS OPEN, GARAGE DOOR, SIDE DOOR, LARGE HOLE ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE, BOTH BACK SLIDDING DOORS ARE OPEN AND THE WINDOWS ARE ALL UNLOCKED. THE SIDE GATE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN BROKEN OUT OF THE CINDER BLOCK. KNOCKED ON DOORS AND WINDOWS APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN ABANDONED. HOUSE STILL HAS FURNITURE AND CLOTHES, APPEARS SOMEBODY NOT SURE WHO IS BURNING A LOT OF CANDLES AND USING THE FIRE PLACE FOR LIGHTING. ELECTRICAL STILL WORKING. WATER SERVICE WAS TURNED OFF BY WATER DEPARTMENT. R.V. CK WATER METER AND FOUND THE OCCUPANT HAS CUT THE RED ZIP CORD ON THE METER. REPORTED TAMPERING TO THE WATER DEPT. CALLED ADMIN AND REPORTED FINDINGS. AUTHORIZED TO HAVE HOUSE SECURED BY BATHCREST. RV AND I WALKED THRU HOUSE AND LOCKED ALL WINDOWS, DOORS THAT COULD BE LOCKED. BACK BEDRM SLIDDING DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK ON IT'S OWN. BIG HOLE IN GARAGE WALL UNABLE TO SECURE THAT. CONTACTED BATHCREST TO SECURE BACK SLIDDING DOOR AND HOLE IN GARAGE WALL.
