Inspectors Pumphrey & Valdez met owner at property for scheduled inspection. Confirmed that roof system was being replaced in an oven room, where the roof height was higher than previously. Construction is new, including rafters, support system, and sits on original walls that may not be designed to support the additional load. No permit on file for work. Stop work order and NOV issued on site. Additionally a exterior electical panel on the south facade of building had exposed wires from a defunct circuit. |
