Visited site, met Tucson Fire on site, inspected residence. Found electrical circuits that pose a safety hazard for the tenants. Found that a romex wire had shorted out and did not kick breaker, also found electrical circuits added and and pose a safety hazard. Indivisualized circuit and turned breaker offs, expalined to owner the process of the notice of violation and stated that he understood. Also explained to owner that he needed to hire a licensed electrical contractor to repair electrical hazards. Breakers are locked in the on position and poses a safety hazard. |
