Met with the owner and went over the graffiti on the building. He stated that he paints today and tomorrow it will be done again. Advised that it needs to be removed and monitored to not be on the building for a long period of time. He will paint over the graffiti. Did go over the banners also on the building and the fence on the north side of the building. He will remove the banners. Let him know that a permit can be issued for banners and only one can be placed on the building on the street sides only. He will check on the permit. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
