While doing another inspection found tall grass and weeds with trash and debris by the dumpster in the alley. Has mattress and wood with palm tree fronds. Did talk to the owner and he is having trouble with the neighbors dumping into the dumpster and if full they just leave the trash by the dumpster. He has tried to lock the lids and that was worse. He did state that he will clean the area. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
