At site, spoke to owners mother, Irene, who lives next door. I explained to her that she cannot provide water and electric from her house to his. I wrote out am Emergency Abatement and order to Vacate Notice. Explained the issues of the notice and posted the property with a orange Notice of Violation sticker. F/U 30 days. |
