Catalina Hills Drive is lodging multiple complaints alleging that refuse collection at Pier One Imports, 9545 E Old Spanish Trail Ste 175, is occurring prior to 09:00 am, which is the appointed time in the original "Development Agreement" from the July 2002, City Council Meeting. The time constraint is part of a contractual agreement between the Developer and the nearby HOA which was overseen by Mayor and Council as well as PDSD Zoning section and approved as a "Special Exemption". The NOV is being issued solely upon the repeated allegation of the resident at 9572 E Catalina Hills Drive as I have not witnessed said violation. |
