I happened upon the trailer while investigating another complaint on the same street. I have spoken to the owner, Jessie Vaughn, of the residence in the past, 05-03-12, and explained the code and that the trailer was prohibited in a residential zone. At that time he stated he understood and would remove the trailer. A subsequent inspection about a week later found the trailer gone. |
