Inspection of second floor railing for railing stability and holes. The railway is loose or missing screws at 2 connection points to building. The walkway at all buildings is covered in carpeting. Some areas, particularly on the south building, feel "soft", indicating possible dilapidation of wood. Cannot view area from underneath as there is soffit. Some of the concrete steps are loose, with one step on east stairs that has a wood plank attached and loose, not code compliant. Some of the steps have been replaced with wood, but are sturdy and the same size. The pool water is murky. |
