While doing another inspection found a porch that has been extended on the rear of the house that is attached. A sliding glass door has been added to the rear porch onto the roof area and creating a walk way to another structure that has been added to the rear yard and connected by a walking deck. The rear structure is a 2-story that are used as porches on the ground level and the upper area. The 2-story structure has approched the setback areas and the neighbors property line on the south side. Will check records and if no permits will send N.O.V. Did talk to the owners father and let him know that I was looking at the porch how it was built. He did state that the owner just purchased the property last year on a foreclosure sale. Let him know that I would check out records and get back with him. RV. |
