At site, spoke to owner who filed complaint. Said plumbing contractor relocated water supply line from N. Runway to the main structure and relocated sewer line in Right of Way running west along Prince Rd. You can see the new tarmac where the water was relocated and the new sewer line in the ROW sticks up out of the ground. Will contact DSD to see if I have Jurisdition. |
