CAPTAIN KEARNEY MENTIONED TFD HAS A ONGOING HISTORY WITH THIS PROPERTY, WERE CALLED OUT FOR THE SAME PROBLEM ONLY A WEEK OR TWO AGO. SPRINKLER ALARM HAD GONE OFF, THEY FOUND A MINOR LEAK ON THE THIRD FLOOR, THEN FOUND A DISCONNECTED SPRINKLER LINE WITH A PLUG IN THE END OF THE PIPE. TFD MENTIONED IT APPEARED REPAIRS WERE BEING DONE TO FIX THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. SHORTLY AFTER TFD ARRIVAL THEY LOST POWER TO THE THIRD FLOOR.
**PROPERTY MANAGER DAVE ERICKSON (240-9518) ARRIVED ON SITE WITH ANOTHER PERSON, TOOK US DIRECTLY TO A SUB-PANEL IN ONE OF THE HALLWAYS AND QUICKLY RESTORED POWER TO THE THIRD FLOOR. SIMPLY HAD TO RESET THE TIMER OR BREAKER TO THE TIMER. DAVE MENTIONED THAT ALAN FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS WERE IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING REPAIRS WHICH IS WHY WE FOUND THE DISCONNECTED PIPE. MR ERICKSON ABATED BOTH ISSUES FOR WATER LEAK AND NO ELECTRICAL. NO VIOLATION/ CLOSE CASE.
