Met occupant on site. The area where she suspected a violation is between units not visible from the street. She also had some violations inside the unit not mentioned on the original complaint. Found fuse box at the rear was loose and not properly sealed at the wall and missing a strain relief clip. Was also advised that some of the outlets inside that were the old 2 conductor type had been replaced with the 3 conductor type. Also many worn loose receptacles in the unit need to be properly replaced. Send 30 day notice, schedule follow up inspection. |
