I did call Wells Fargo to check if they had ownership and they had nothing on the property. Met with supervisor Rick Saldate to get permission on securing the property. I did receive a Nava line address and did stop and check the location and the manager stated that they don't have that name of a tenant living on the property. I did go to the property and the property was still unsecured and called Bathcrest to secure the front door. I did post "Do not Enter" signage on the front of the house. Once the building was secured took pictures. The neighbor came out and is interested on buying the property and advised not sure who owns the house. The neighbor has been checking the taxes are still owed back taxes. Will meet with Tracy Williams to check if she can find another address for the owner. RV.
