While checking the unit to have the power restored, the main breaker was lacking for the disconnect for the unit and has not means to turn off the power to the unit unless the main for the building is turned off. They stated that an electrical company removed the breaker and connected direct leaving no means to disconnect the electrical to the unit. Advise the maintenance that a breaker needs to be installed as soon as possible. The will call a contractor to have it installed. Will meet on Monday with the area inspector to show the issues of the electrical. RV. |
