| 08/01/2012 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Did inspection on the unit alot has been removed. Took inspector CB to the inspection and look at the areas that need to be addressed. The living room needs area near the sliding glass door clear a little more to get to the exterior deck. The hallway needs to have book shelves moved so that the hallway has no blockage and the hallway is cleared through out. The rear bedroom needs to have items moved to get to the windows with out going around them to get to. The middle bedroom needs to be completed to have the clear paths to the window. Discussed with occupant if room is not being used it needs to be cleaned to allow firefighters room to enter for a recue, they could trip and get stuck in the unit when going through the window or items wound fall on them and trap them. The bathroom and the kitchen have items on the counter and need to be cleared to have access to the sinks. The maintenance man was there to hear the conversation and will assist on the clean up. Occupant given until Tuesday to have cleanup completed. The area inspector will take over the case and will check on Tuesday. RV. | |
