08/13/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Appears that debris from the interior is being removed. Water line repaired and the toilet in the hallway is operational. Also stated will be removing all un permitted electrical. Advised on the remaining violations to include trash and storage in the front of the property. Will follow up on progress in 30 days.
07/28/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site and met the daughter outside. She knew why I was there and she let me in to check the toilet if working and they got one in the hallway to work. The other toilet will be worked and has called a company to make the repairs. The living room, the daughters bedroom, the hallway and the arears to the shower area have been cleared enough to stay in the house. This work is not completed but allows access around the house with out moving items and the occupants will be allowed to stay in the house. The owner were advised that another inspector will be back to check on the rest of the cleaning. RV.
